Tuesday’s Police Blotter

Unless otherwise indicated, the following incidents were reported to Huntsville police Sunday and Monday. In items with incomplete addresses, police withheld the information:

North precinct

• A 1996 black Nissan Maxima worth $4,000 was stolen Saturday at 3 p.m. from a home in the 4500 block of Raton Boulevard.

• A Schwinn bicycle was stolen from a supermarket at noon Sunday off Oakwood Avenue.

• A 2004 gray Ford Taurus was recovered Monday at 8:15 a.m. from Burose Road.

• Four tires and 20-inch wheels were stolen between 8 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday from North Memorial Parkway.

• A 1999 silver Honda Civic was stolen Monday at 11:45 a.m. from Oakwood Avenue.

South precinct

• A window was broken in a 2007 Dodge Durango when someone broke in and stole a Dooney and Bourke purse that contained a Motorola cell phone and a wallet with several credit cards Saturday between 4 and 6 p.m. on Four Mile Post Road.

• A 1998 white Chevrolet S10 was reported stolen Sunday at 12:45 p.m. from South Memorial Parkway.

• An iPod Nano, iPod speakers, four credit cards and a large, silver buckle was stolen Sunday between 1 and 1:30 p.m. from Williams Avenue.

• A pool cue case and custom stick, a GPS and briefcase with a checkbook inside were stolen from a 2003 Dodge Caravan overnight Sunday from the 9000 block of Wallwood Drive.

• Miscellaneous tools were stolen from a Jeep Liberty overnight Sunday from the 1500 block of Cedarwood Circle.

• A 15-inch MacBook Pro computer worth $3,000 was stolen and later recovered from Embassy Suites on Monroe Street Sunday between 3:20 and 3:40 p.m.

West precinct

• A black bow, a pink headband, a purple headband and a necklace were stolen from a department store between 5 and 5:25 p.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of University Drive.

• A glass pipe and a crack rock were recovered at 8:58 p.m. Saturday on University Drive.

• An A-frame, an axel and a set of struts were stolen off an Oldsmobile Aurora Saturday between 5 and 7 p.m. on Johnson Road.• A hood vent and a GE dishwasher were reported stolen and a GE cook top stove and door and frame were reported damaged Monday at 8 a.m. on Split Rock Cove.
